She got nerfed so play more passive early game.

Farm much as you can, and make this item, will give you Hp and gold.

Core Item on Irelia, rush Wits End fast as you can, Atack Speed and MR.

This is the item you need the item that will make you strong and deal great damage, TriForce is a Core Item on Irelia.




Frozen Mallet its good too for Irelia, if you need to be more tanky go for Frozen Mallet.




If you need resist this item is great for you, MR, Amor and Hp, and ofc this item will help your team in Team Fights



This item its great vs Double AP and you will focus their carrys so, its great for you. Atack Damage and MR + Shield.
 


If you need HP, go for Warmogs (EX: You build TriForce, so you will need more tank item so build Warmogs)




If you have Fronzen Mallet go for Atmas to increase your damage.




Its not a bad item but for Irelia I prefer Force of Nature.




This item will give you MR, Hp regen and move speed its a great item for Irelia.




A great mid-late game item. If you die it will bring you back to life after a few seconds without giving thew gold meaning it gives you a second chance. Late Game death timers can be very long so you will want to buy one of these eventually in almost any game. It also provides both armor and magic resist so you can fit it into any build.
