You can grab one more if you wait in base (4 pots)
(If you think one is enough just buy one)
If you like damage you can go for Doran Blade too, I prefer Doran Shield.

Your 1st goal is Warmogs, its your Core Item because is Hp and Hp regen.
Frozen Heart gives CDR, Armor and +20% cooldown reduction and nearby enemies suffer −20% attack speed, its almost a Core Item.
If you need more damage and Atack Speed and some MR, Wits End is your item.
Allways a good item for Volibear, Armor, MR and Hp, and in team fights you will help your team night with extra status
If you see that Frozen Mallet will be better than Warmogs, go for it. Hp is good, got some Damage, and ofc is passive slow, great for you.
A great item for you, because you have lots of Hp for sure.
In terms of MR, I think this is the best choise, MR, Hp and a Shield.
If you farm is not the best in the world, this is a nice item for you, you will get Hp, MR, CDR and this item will stack with your passive.
You can make TriForce on him, but I think is not worth it, its expensive.
A great mid-late game item. If you die it will bring you back to life after a few seconds without giving thew gold meaning it gives you a second chance. Late Game death timers can be very long so you will want to buy one of these eventually in almost any game. It also provides both armor and magic resist so you can fit it into any build.
You can use it, this item will stack with your passive and your Warmogs.
Ok, this is all items that I think are good for Volibear.
