You can grab one more if you wait in base (4 pots)
If you see you are habing problems in lane, buy one of this, extra armor, Hp and Hp regen, good vs AD
Get this fast as possivel, so you have some sustain in lane.

Great for easy lanes, be carefull in team fight, you will have to change your boots.
This item is amazing for it's personal stats, adding AP and spell vamp to nearby allies. This is a must get especially if your team have Double AP. having two Will of the Ancients on your team is great for team fights.
Great item for additional utility for Rumble. This item passive will be great with your spells.
HP helps his overall tankiness which is useful due to his short-range spells.
Good item against AP teams, especially if your team have another AP, this item aura nearby enemy champions suffer −20 magic resistance will help you both alot, and as Rumble you're pretty close to the fight so you're hitting a lot of people with the aura.
Good item if the enemy team have much AD damage and it's good for when your CD's are down and you are being focused.This should be your last item, and you will deal great Damage
A great mid-late game item. If you die it will bring you back to life after a few seconds without giving thew gold meaning it gives you a second chance. Late Game death timers can be very long so you will want to buy one of these eventually in almost any game. It also provides both armor and magic resist so you can fit it into any build.
